WebAccess is a secure online communications application for sharing files and information with select users. Easily added to your website, WebAccess gives you a powerful tool for sharing documents, CAD files, and images as well as providing news and updates to user groups that you select and grant access to. Share content with customers, distributors, sub contractors, and employees while eliminating issues like file size restrictions and email security.
WebAccess enables easy file uploads and downloads from your users without the need for confusing FTP software. Secure login access is provided for users to view or download folders that contain available files or documents. Users also have the ability to upload files to time-stamped folders that in turn automatically sends email notification to you that a file has been uploaded. A powerful news and article section is included providing information and enabling proactive communications to your secure users.
Application Highlights
- Large file uploads. Securely upload large files - up to 100 megabytes per file. The system both time-stamps the folder and then sends email notification. Email notification can be quickly configured to send to default administrator or overridden to send individual notifications as needed.
- Access Tags. Simply add a tag to a folder and then to a user to enable folder access. Tagging allows great flexibility.
- Global File Access. Public Folder is available to allow access to non protected files.
